New Challenges With Unexpected Colleagues



 
When newly graduated students enter a new working environment, they certainly meet kinds of coworkers. There are numerous intelligent, hardworking, active, polite, and enthusiastic people in your company. However, you can't possibly conceive that there are other coworkers who put you under strain in addition to those mentioned above. With them, your only other option is adaptation.

Slackers 

Slackers mean colleagues who lower efficiency. In the case of performance is affected by poor work habits of individuals, let’s explain respectfully to them to understand their problems. If they continue to lower efficiency, report to supervisors.

Office Bullies

And they often target those they see as a threat. In some cases of bullying from differences unacceptance, they do not like people who are not similar to them. You should ignore them and keep positive feelings for yourself because awareness only makes you feel bad. You must report to superiors if someone does not respect you.

Gossipers

They can be especially disruptive to the workplace and cause misunderstandings. Be friendly, but act busy and they will get the message that you have better things to do. You must avoid participating in the slander of others because in the future, you are the main character in this conservation.

Whiners and Complainers

They tend to see the negative side of everything. This attitude can be harmful to morale. Be empathetic, but put the problem back on them. Ask them what they intend to do about solving it. Dealing with these people requires the patience of individuals because they will affect your performances

Saboteurs and Backstabbers

They cause distrust by spreading rumors or withholding important information from those they see as rivals. This can affect your career goals and reputation. If there are bad reputation in the workplace, you should not try to explain everything. Your actions and efforts will demonstrate who you are and people will recognize you.
